How to make your beloved jewels long lasting shinning?
Sterling silver is a precious metal that does need love and care to keep it at its best.
Tarnishing is a natural reation as the metal is exposed to air.
Here are some tips to keep your jewels sparkling as long as possible:
1. Store your jewels in a dry environment. Silver tarnishes faster in areas with high humidity and air pollution. We recommend to store the jewels in our jewellery boxes when you do not wear them.
2. Take the jewels off when you go asleep, shower, go swimming, do sport, put parfum on. Water, sweats and chemical elements can dommage the jewels.
3. Use the polishing cloth that offered with your order to wipe and polish the jewels.
Return and Warranty
All of our jewellery carries a full money back guarantee. Any item you order from us can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the goods are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
Exchange: you would like to exchange another size or simply another product? It is possible. Just CONTACT US and let us know what is your request, we will assist you with great pleasure.
Return procedure: Once we receive the returns in its original packaging, we will proceed the refund in 24 - 48 hours. You will receive a notification for refunds.
Goods returned to us arriving damaged, or lost, will not be credited.
All the jewels are guaranteed for 6 months against manufacturing faults. The Vermeil jewels have 1 year warranty. The jewels will be replaced without any cost. Any damage caused by misuse will not be guaranteed.
