Payment & Orders

1. What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ApplePay and PayPal.

2. I want to change or cancel my order.

We are unable to cancel orders or make any changes after the order is shipped.

If the order has not been shipped, then it is possible to cancel or make changes. Send us an email hello@ainico.fr immediately so that we will try our best to assist you.

Shipping & Tracking

1. What shipping methods do you offer and how much do they cost?

Worldwide Shipping with EMS!

  • France: free shipping for any order;
  • Europe: We offer standard shipping for orders over 80€ in Europe. This takes from 2 to 7 business days according to different destinations. For orders under 80€, please refer to the shipping cost details at the check-out session.
  • International: please refer to the shipping cost details at the check-out session.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship orders from Monday to Friday except national holidays. Orders will be shipped in 1 - 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

3. Package lost?

Unfortunately it happens with the shipping carrier... Please give one more week according to the extimated arrival date. If you still have not received your package, please contact us at hello@ainico.fr. We will ship a new one at our cost.

Exchange & Returns

1. Can I exchange my product ?

Exchange is possible! You can either choose another size or exchange another product of the same price. Simply Contact Us, we will be happy to assist you to get the satisfying product.

Exchange service is available for one time only. Repeating exchanges cannot be accepted.

2. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. All products must be unworn and undamaged. All returned jewellery must arrive in the condition it was received, along with the original tags and packaging. Failing to meet these requirements may result in a fee. 

Items on sale cannot be returned.

3. What is the return and refund procedure?

Once we receive the returned item in its original packaging, we will proceed the refunds in 24 hours. You will get a notification email for the refunds. Please give 7 to 10 business days for the amount to be credited on your credit card. This depends on your bank gateway.
